WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING
“I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the condensate tank replacement! Nick and Jimmy did a fabulous job! Quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and also very considerate with respect to leaving the job site in a presentable manner. The entire process was “top notch” and I greatly appreciate everyone and everything your company does for us. Thanks a million!”
I had the opportunity to work with Kraft Mechanical on a full HVAC system renovation at one of my schools last summer. The project was seamless. The project manager was frequently visiting the job site, was extremely communicative and was dedicated to doing the work to exceed owner satisfaction. Their foremen for each trade were very competent, and the company provided sufficient manpower to meet the district’s tight schedule. It was truly a great experience I can honestly say that is hard to come by these days. I will welcome the opportunity to work with Kraft Mechanical on any of my future jobs within the district.
“Hey Brian, just a note on recent building automation system upgrades, as you know that the building was in need of automation changes/upgrades Shane was on site and Andy was remotely logged in, both showed integrity and meticulous detail on work cutting over new controls and making sure equipment ran as efficient as it could, and both were great on how programs worked and follow up care questions thanks again”
“Thanks for the great service! Your company Rocks!!!! Appreciate the service, follow through and promptness! ”
“I am reaching out to share how grateful we are for the service person you sent out to Sunrise Park Middle School in White Bear Lake on 5/16. Nick was not only able to get our cooling system working, but he was SO respectful and cooperative as there were many interruptions with kids and the normal business of middle school in the library.
We were especially impressed by his professionalism, his great communication about what he was doing and why, and teaching us even a little about the system to explain why things have maybe not worked so well in the past. We have been struggling with this unit for YEARS and his help is really something that brightened our last few weeks as we hold tight and and survive the craziness of spring in the middle school”
“Eric The plant and corporate are really impressed with your company!!
Just thought I would tell you.”
“It was a pleasure working with your crew they are hands on and care about their work. Little things such as gas valve handles being top dead center, placing hands on a unit that’s being picked so you can feel if it’s stuck or hung versus breaking free, getting down on their knees to ensure nothing else is attached or being pulled up with units, also making changes to the plan when things don’t go the way you had planned like having wrong curb adapters sent to the job. Matt ,Scott and Steve were the three that I had most contact with and are all good at what they do even in adverse weather conditions they moved forward rather than gripe and complain.
No job is under them, and they contribute to the whole project it would be a pleasure to work with them again.”
