He started his career in the field as a sheet metal worker, building a strong foundation in installation, fabrication, and on-site problem-solving before moving into estimating and project management. This hands-on background gives him a practical edge—he understands both the craft of the work and the coordination it takes to deliver projects on time and within budget.

At Kraft Mechanical, Ryan manages HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical projects from bid through closeout. He develops accurate estimates, reviews plans and specifications, oversees submittals, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures compliance with project requirements.
