My name is Ally Johnson. I started with Kraft in 2013-14 before moving out of state. While out of state I worked in the banking/financing industry as a loan officer. I returned to Kraft again in 2018. Although I am fairly new to the HVAC industry- being the Service Coordinator/Dispatcher allows me to learn new things everyday. I enjoy working directly with our customers and our technicians to create a positive experience.

My husband and I have one son and live here in the Woodbury area. In our free time we enjoy remodeling our home, going to the cabin, and spending time with friends and family.
