The types of systems we work on include either water cooled or air cooled self contained units, split systems, chiller systems, etc. We are conveniently located in Woodbury, MN. so getting to either the St. Croix, Mississippi, or Lake Minnetonka to service your marine HVAC is not a problem. • Check all electrical connections
• Check volts, amps and ohms for motors and compressors
• Check capacitor
• Check all piping connections of sea water lines for signs of leaks
• Check all refrigeration line connections and joints for signs of leaks
• Disassemble, clean and rinse strainer
• Clean condensate pan and clear condensate drain line
• Back flush sea water lines
• Back flush condensate line
• Reinstall strainer
• Check operations of sea water pump or pumps and water flow
• Clean the condenser and evaporator coils
• Clean the air filter
• Check refrigeration pressures
• Check condition and connections for duct distribution
• Check and verify thermostat operations and communications
• Check discharge air temp
• Check discharge water temps
• Check discharge air velocity
• Check full operational condition and complete a system startup
