Kraft Mechanical proudly played a major role in bringing one of Woodbury’s most exciting new venues to life—Topgolf. As part of a plan and spec project, our team fabricated and installed all sheet metal and mechanical equipment, delivering a high-profile build that sits prominently off Highway 494.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
- Fabricated ductwork locally through Vent Fab, allowing for fast turnaround and seamless coordination.
- Installed RTUs, MUAs, kitchen equipment, and bay heaters—all while working through the challenges of an open-air job during Minnesota’s winter.
- Proactively purchased and stored RTUs in advance to save on costs and reduce delays.
- Minimized on-site storage thanks to the site’s proximity to our headquarters.
- Partnered with CAP Electric for smooth and efficient control wiring installation.
Notably, the Kraft team completed the project ahead of schedule, unlocking additional revenue and maximizing value for the client. This project also marked the start of a promising new partnership with ARCO/Murray, a well-respected GC with a strong local presence.
