Work included new domestic water serving the offices and mechanical room, waste & vent and rain water systems, (3) gas fired unit heaters, (3) electric unit heaters, (2) exhaust fans, (3) dehumidifiers, (3) destratification fans, a gas fired furnace and condensing unit, mini split system, and a makeup air system. Fiberglass ductwork was installed in the chemical rooms to exhaust fumes. The expanded water treatment plant will be able to produce nearly 6.2 million gallons of water per day.
