PROJECT SCOPE:
Kraft Provided design build mechanical and plumbing services for Plunkett’s new 14,000 SQFT warehouse addition, work included adding additional plumbing fixtures, floor drains and roof drains. Kraft provided unit heaters and infrared heating as well as an intake and exhaust for the warehouse CO/NO system. Kraft worked with Xcel Energy to facilitate upgrading the existing gas meter to handle the expanded heating load as well as the installation of over 500’ of new gas piping.
