Overview: Kraft Mechanical was chosen as the preferred contractor based on historical job performance with respect to complex projects and our ability to see a project through to completion.
Problem: The Montevideo Middle School contacted us to help with facility HVAC and piping upgrades.
Solutions/Results: Kraft Mechanical retrofitted an existing middle school with a new air-cooled chilled water cooling system for air-conditioning. We installed all new chilled water piping, pumps, coils and accessories for a fully functional chilled water system. We also retrofit the existing constant volume airside to include variable frequency drives and variable air volume boxes to reduce energy consumption as well as increase building comfort.
Summary: Kraft Mechanical was able to help the building ownership select an HVAC system that best met their goals. We installed the proposed system for great comfort and efficiency.
